Contractor Recommendation?
I’m looking for a contractor to replace 3-6, 16” floor joists in a residential building. Possibly on two separate floors. This means removing the wood floor/subfloor installing the new joists, maybe some masonry work where the joists are socketed to the exterior load bearing wall. This is in Brooklyn.
Any recommendations for reliable contractors?

Dineen Construction is both qualified and reliable. Their charges are at the higher end of the spectrum. They will not do this work without engineer's specs, same as you should find with any qualified contractor.

All Renovation recently did wonderful work for us renovating our brownstone. They were reliable and competitively priced. I would recommend them very highly. They can be reached at 718-351-4099. Meet with them for a consultation and I think you will be impressed.
Best of luck

I have been in construction for 17 yrs, and have plenty of experience doing this exact work. My company is licensed and insured. I would be happy to consult and give you a reasonable bid on your project. I am based in Brooklyn so i am close to your location.

Definitely Bullfrog Builders. They are licensed and insured general contractors specializing in all facets of residential and commercial construction. They did work for both myself and my brother. The quality of work and customer service was exceptional. They can be contacted online at WWW.BULLFROGNY.COM or in the office at 718-228-0199. Mention my name for a discount!
