Condo Insurance

I'm about to close on a 2br condo in an older building that's just been gut renovated. I need home insurance before I can close. Does anybody have any good reviews? Online quotes from Allstate and State Farm are comparable, but if anyone has anything good/bad to say about their experiences I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I love my guy at Liberty - Sean Middleton, he makes it really easy & is very responsive. I started using him for rental insurance, and when we bought, he was right there with all the answers to our zillion questions.

I got State Farm through Meilee Chu in downtown Manhattan. She/they are also recommended elsewhere on the forum. Decent prices, but haven't made a claim, so can't speak to how well they stand up!
