Buscarello? No no no.

Currently living in a rental that is being re-brownstoned by Buscarello. Stay away from them.

They did 1/3 of the scratch coat more than a year ago. They put up the scaffolding in May. The scratch is not even complete and it's mid-July. The scaffolding will be up at least through the end of July (3 months of scaffolding just this year, not counting last year). They guaranteed my landlord work would be done by end of July b/c he had to leave town for a while (given that they had a head start on the scratch coat last year, 3 months to do this work is more than reasonable). But, since they are nowhere near being finished, the scaffolding will be up through October!! That's SIX MONTHS of scaffolding and mess.

These turkeys almost never show up for work - and when they do it's at 9:30 and they leave around 4. Nice chill job.

Well, my landlord is a great guy and the Buscarellos are taking advantage of him - effectively taking his money and doing work only when convenient for them. My landlord frequently calls them to ask where they are and they don't answer the phone and don't call him back.

This company - even if their work is ultimately decent - is run poorly and they are dishonest. If I were in his shoes, I'd file a breach of contract lawsuit immediately and report Buscarello to the Better Business Bureau.

Stay away from them!

Buscarello's on several groups - maybe even CB6. I'd lodge a complaint where it might goose him to action.

Oh they SUCK!!!!

Had leaking in my basement which according to Buscarello was 100% caused by lack of patio in the back yard causing seepage.

5 large later and still had the leaking. Two years after, am still waiting for them to fix the last piece of edging.

I don't know anything about Buscarello, but I do feel sorry for anyone who has had to do masonry work with all the rain that we have had for the couple of months.
