Adelphi Street
Hello
Does anyone have any thoughts about Adelphi Street in Fort Greene? Particularly in the 400 address area?

it's definitely not as nice as other parts of adelphi farther from fulton, but there are some pretty houses that people seem to take care of...

Location wise that's a great area. You're close to transportation, Clinton Hill/Fort Greene main drags, BAM and the park. The general vicinity has come a long way over the past 10-15 years and I doubt Adelphi is any different even if the housing stock isn't classic brownstone though I can't quite remember if they're mostly brick or what.

Its not the most beautiful block compared to others nearby but it is a great location. I think that section between Greene and Fulton isn't landmarked like other blocks nearby. Or, landmarking came too late to save the block from those ugly condos.
