32 8th avenue sold
Just noticed that a former co-op of the day at 32 8th avenue went to contract. It's interesting reading the comments about it. Don't know what it sold for though...

I think this whole bldg has turned over in the past year. The top floor is on Corcoran for $585. Apt 3 went for $771K in Dec 08. Interesting to note that the above apt sold for $515 in 2004 according to prop shark.
