Who repairs termite damage?
I am looking to buy a condo which exterminated the termites in 2002 but did inadequate repairs to the damaged areas, including beams, joists, etc. Can someone recommend some contractors who do this work and could give me an estimate ASAP?

Is the damage in the unit or the surrounding structural areas?
If the damage is in the surrounding areas (as in not part of your unit per the offering plan) you probably can't handle it yourself, the condo board & management company would/should handle it.
If it's damage to the overall structure of the building that was not properly repaired I'd think twice about purchasing as it would appear the management of the condo is less than quality.
