Water Heater trouble
I'm having some trouble with the thermostat of my water heater. It only seems to kick on when I actually use the hot water and it refills. When it's stationery overnight it doesn't seem to come on to keep the right temp. Does anyone have a good plumber to fix this problem? I'm in Bed Stuy.
Thanks everyone!

It sounds like the unitrol needs to be replaced if your diagnosis is correct. What is happening when you shower? Does the water come out cold at first and then get hotter or the opposite? We can take a look at it for you and replace the unitrol if necessary. www.aladdinplumbingcorp.com

Thanks for your responses. The water in the morning is warm not hot as stays that way, then 30 mins. later if the next person takes a shower the water will be hot as it should be. My guess is when the tank refills the thermostat kicks on but it won't come on when the tank is full and not used at night.
