Stripping Old Wood Doors

I have some old wood doors in very good condition that I want to have stripped & stained. Does anyone know what average price per door I should expect? I am getting such a wide range of estimates ($200 per door to $750 per door). Most of these are 6-pane doors. Thanks!

I've used East End Woodstrippers. For stained oak doors they were ~$200/door and they did a good job.

stripping doors usually costs $175-225.
stripping , prepping, patching, sanding, staining, sealing and topcoating runs $400- 600 per door. depends on size, style, and detail.

Stripping should be around $200. But surely you can stain them yourself since they're in very good condition? Oak takes stain pretty easily, in my experience.

Or, you can sand with 220 and slap 3 coats of Waterlox on them, sanding with 400 between coats. They'll look great.
