hydronic floor in extension

We will be putting a hydronic floor in our 300 sq. ft. extension and need someone experienced in hydronics to install a control to reduce the water temperature, hook everything up and test it. Our existing Buderus furnace is sized for the job. We plan to prepare the area (remove the existing floor, insulate, etc.) and lay the tubing. Any recommendations for experienced plumbers in this kind of work and someone to pour the concrete would be welcome. Do's and don'ts gleaned from personal experiences would also be highly valued.
Thanks!
