Homeowner's Insurance
Hi all, our mortgage is requiring for us to have a personal homeowner's insurance in addition to our condo's insurance. Does anyone have recommendations on providers? Any leads are much appreciated!

They've been in the business for generations and they specialize in home and townhome insurance. I'm an architect and I've recommended him to my clients before, for insurance specifically geared towards homes during the construction process.
Chuck's excellent at what he does, and is very creative thinker. He'll get you insured the right way specifically for you.

State Farm also does it... do you have insurance for anything else, like a car? Check with your current provider then.

Call Sylvia at State farm...the Fulton St location...just google it. She's very nice and I just switched everything from Chubb to State Farm, including an umbrella policy.

I have geico for everything but everyone is different and I will recommend to shop around and compare prices...don't go by what anyone tells you.

If you have any problems, feel free to call me. I am an independent agent representing most major carriers. I shop for the best quote.
