Film crew for Passive House Reno
Architect Looking for film crew to promote the renovation of the first Passive House (www.passivehouse.us)in New York City. We are renovating a Park Slope Brownstone to be 90% more energy efficient than the existing house is (we will not even have a boiler). Some of the measures include Solar Hot water, energy recovery ventilators, minisplit AC systems, spray foam insulation, advanced framing techniques, etc... Please contact Jeremy at Prospect Architecture, PC if you have any experience or leads on this. We plan to start construction the 1st of August.
