Building insurance-from what?
Hi,
What does the insurance part of any building break down you see listed, insures me from??
Fire?flood? A part falling and hitting a passer-by?
Also, off topic, I want to take down some drywalls. How can I be sure that there is no asbestos?

off topic response: take a sample to KAM in LIC. $20 to test for asbestos, 24 hr results by phone.
