Boiler/thermostat/window rebates

has anyone applied for or received a rebate for installing energy-saving boilers/thermostats/windows? Can you tell me what governmental agency you direct such rebate applications to?

I got a thermostat rebate from National Grid for a unit which I bought on Ebay that covered 90% of the cost. I think I found the rebate info on the National Grid website. There are also tax credits which you can learn about on the IRS website.

NYSERDA has several programs: http://www.getenergysmart.org/
There's also a national database of programs available, search online.

I've just applied for a rebate from NG for a boiler, and received a letter stating that it's being processed.

Has anyone actually received their rebate? I sent mine in months ago and after the processing letter never heard anything more.
