Appraisal of Brownstone
Need an appraisal of my 2-fam 4-flr house as a start on my TIC conversion. Any reccs? I have 2 prices so far at 750 and 550. Fair? Archives had a few between 350 to 850, but not linked to names

Call Scott at the Equal Opportunity Home Council, WWW.EOHC.US at 718-539-2341. He recently did a refi for me and his appraiser was fantastic. I was charged $550 for the 2 family appraisal. Mention my name (Phil)...he will point you in the right direction.
