Anyone live of 416 Ocean Avenue.
Does any live at 416 Ocean Avenue? how is the coop board, building etc...

I don't know anything about the coop board in that building and I've never been inside. I've always admired it from the exterior though and it's easy to understand why 416 Ocean -- or "The Bracebridge" -- has enjoyed a historical reputation of being one of the classiest, best-kept apartment buildings in the area. The apartments themselves are said to be quite large and well-appointed. Wish I could tell you more about it. If you do check it out, report back!
