500 4th ave open house
I visited the open house today. I thought the condo they showed us was rather nice. It looked really nice. I find the condos a bit too pricey though. They went as far to say Brooklyn prices average 1,000 a square foot (uh huh). But their kool aid speech was like "700 a square foot... a bargain!!" Did anyone also stop by? Prices to drop?
