what is this plumber tool called
this tool fits inside the pipe and you can tighten the pipe.

Do you mean a spud wrench, used to install radiator valves?

or do you mean an easy out, a device that you jam into rusted in pipes to unscrew the old pipe fragment...but it only works in that direction

yes for the radiator :), where can i buy one of these spud wrenches? can't seem to find one.

any plumbing supply...park slope plumbing on 16th st and 5th avenue is my reccomendation
