Storm Window Replacement
Any great recomnmendations on storm window replacement installers/suppliers? Heard awful things about ParkSlopeGlass.

Park Slope Glass did a decent job for me about 11 years ago when I installed storms. But a year ago or so I had them give me an estimate for window replacement and the guy was a complete lunatic. I would totally steer clear of them.

Try Interior Alterations -- 718-832-1182 They're a little pricey but you can't beat quality of windows and workmanship.

ivan: IA has a great reputation as a general contractor, but said they would not do a job as small as replacing a few storm windows: they only do large scale house renovations.

It was a pleasure to work with Jay at New Image Glass and Windows. He installed one custom made triple track storm window with warrantee, refinished the sills and caulked all my other windows for me yesterday. He's calm, careful, respectful polite and efficient and does a thoroughly good job as well as cleaning and taking away all the debris . He's at 347-408-5602
