Sod Installation
I would like to get sod put in our yard in an 18’ x 24’ area. Can anyone recommend a landscape contractor? I don’t need a designer, just someone who can turn the soil and install the sod properly. Has anyone used Zoysia grass? We seeded last year, but the weeds completely took over, I heard that zoysia grass keeps the weeds down and grows in all types of light.

Shannon's Nursery did our yard recently- and it turned out very well. About the same size area-

I bought compost & sod from Shannons to redo our back yard. Was very happy with them - felt they were helpful, straightforward, able to supply what I needed etc. I turned the soil/compost & laid the sod - looks great now.

Shannon's also did our backyard 2 yrs ago and we continue to call them with questions (about the sod and other stuff) and they are always very helpful and informative.
