Rental Bargains
Does anyone know of a comprehensive listing of buildings offering reduced rent, free months, or other deals?

Christopher, of course I've googled.
I also regularly search craigslist, nybits.com and numerous websites for individual buildings.
Still, I'm sure there's a lot of stuff I'm not finding and was wondering if there's one central place it's all collected.

not that this is easy - but if you are looking in certain areas, maybe take a stroll up the main avenue of the area you are interested in just to seel what realtors are offering?
Park Slope - you can walk up and down 7th avenue and look in the windows and might get a sense
