Painting a radiator
Which paint should I use to paint my radiator so that it does not block the heat? Thanks.

Blocking the heat is negligible compared to the paint adhesion factor. Check into powder coating of the radiator. Ever-nu on 20th Street (my neighbor) can sand-blast and powder coat your radiator - and it will last forever.

See:

which is entitled: "Does the color of a radiator matter?"
This is a circular sent out by the US Department of Commerce’s National Bureau of Standards on July 19, 1935 and has some very interesting information.
