looking for a good inspector
Hi,
I need to inspect a 3 fam in greenpoint. I am looking for a meticulous inspector.
BTW-
Is there such a thing as inspector insurance? Let's say he misses a huge crack which is only found after the purchase and causes 200k problems. What will happen next?

Matthew Barnett at Accurate Building Inspectors is WONDERFUL. Very meticulous. I don't know anything about 'inspection insurance,' but with this guy, you wouldn't need it.

Rick Perri is amazing. (718) 828-9116. Not only was he 100% right about EVERYTHING in our house, he was great about pointing out what kind of long-term maintenance was needed and smart, as well as warning us about different kinds of "upsells" unscrupulous types might try.
Love him.
