cost of NEW 8 3x8x20 joist #2
Its $24000 in total $8000 for moving all the electrics and $16000 for joist repair sorry...

There are a lot of variables to consider. More info needed.
I replaced six joists during a gut reno of my house. Two days. Did the work myself. Only cost of joist and mortar to reset bricks. Joists can be purchased from M. Fine/ NY timber on Metropolitan.

Your price is $2000/joist, which I thought was highway robbery. But it seems you're tearing up the entire floor and subfloor and replacing them. Do you need to? If not, and you can sister new joists, it should be much less.

we are getting a new bid. to sister the joists. all of this is ridiculously expensive
