Clearing failure to maintain
I got a failure to maintain violation for a facade issue. I've now made the repairs. How do I get the violation lifted? Do I have to pay a fine?

Would need more info to answer. How old is the violation? How bad was the facade before you upgraded? If you're still in the response period and the work didn't address structural problems you can send a certificate of correction with a photograph.

you could hire an expediter like myself to take care of it if you dont have alot of free time during business hours. or its possible you can 'do it yourself'
