Billboard on roof BQE 50's St.
I was interested in buying a home in the 50's street area in Sunset Park between 3/4 ave (but the first house closest to 3rd avenue). I wanted to know how much a billboard on the roof can fetch per month? Will I need a permit? What are some of the implications to the city in having one of these? Thanks.

You will certainly need a permit. You will need an additional permit if it is illuminated. The city is being really tough on billboards these days so best of luck.
