anyone got leads for shells or
fixer uppers? in or close to nice areas and around 600k :p?

Putnam Avenue between Classon and Irving has at least four houses on the market in various states of renovation. I think they had been asking about 800k, but perhaps the would be more interested in dealing.

agreed. But if you are willing to buy a shell for 600k, then maybe even a badly renovated fixer uper for a bit more is reasonable? Or perhaps given the lack of sales the owners would be willing to take a lot less than they have been asking?
But from your response perhaps I misunderstood what you meant by in or near nice area. Best of luck in your search.
