sidewalk sale laws?
Does anybody know the laws about sidewalk sales in Brooklyn? (Or know of a link to the information?) I'm interested in the allowable size, frequency, and scope of an unlicensed sale. (Also, are there licenses available for more permanent sidewalk sales?)
Any info would be useful!

I don't know if there are any specifics, but I thought the state allowed three "garage sales" per year.
