Radiator covers
I thought I would chance this - who knows? I am looking for radiator covers for your average under the window radiators in brownstone of course. I can't believe I chucked mine 8 years ago but now would like to provide my tenants with them, as requested, since they will have a newborn very soon.
Otherwise can anyone recommend someone who make these and give me price estimate.
Many thanks in advance,
Kate

We just had a few made by TomKat (www.tomkatfw.com) that we love. They are a husband/wife team and do nice work in a variety of styles (e.g.,mission, metal grilled, etc.). They also can work as heated window seats.

I had mine made by these guys:

They are very nice and match my existing woodwork precisely. I paid about $6000 to have them made for the entire house.

Better get them to agree to not complain about the lack of heat if it happens; covers cut down on radiation.

Hello. We would love to give you an estimate. You can see our cabinets on www.tomkatfw.com. Every cabinet we make is custom made to order to fit your style and space. In fact, if you have a style you have in mind but don't see it on our website, we can do that as well. We deliver them fully built. No assembly required. Call us if you have any questions.

Many of us have raised our children in spaces without covers. We find the burn marks distonctive. Seriously - they aren't really necessary.

pd, I'm so glad you said that, it's usually my line! I fully agree, kids almost never touch radiators and it they do, they learn fast. Now, space heaters are another thing.
