Can anybody recommend a good inexpencive landscaping contractor you delt with?

I'm looking to redue 18 by 48 feet garden. Now it has nothing, just dirt. We would like to put some brick/stone leaving perimeter for planting. We can't spend more than couple of thousand for labor.
