Hardwood floor sander edger
Hiretech HT-7 Hardwood floor edger. Purchased new in 2000 and used on a few small jobs. Why rent for $25+/day when you can buy and resell for the same price when your done! Cost around $1600 new. I will sell for $650

To anyone renovating their home, this is a good deal. I spent over $500 on rental fees for this EXACT machine last year when we renod out house. Wish I had just bought one.
