Coop Commercial Mortgage Rates?
Hello, my small member-run coop is considering refinancing our small underlying mortgage. Does anyone know what the commercial rates for small coop loans are at these days? We're currently paying 8.8%

Our co-op (40 units) just refinanced to a 30yr fixed commercial for just under 7%.

JimHill, what bank gave you the loan? and who was your mortgage broker (if any)?
