I heard there will be no refunds this year. Your government needs your support and your money. But wait, the salvage places in NYC are selling the same thing for $15,000 to 17,000. So be patient and when you get your refund next year, they will sell you theirs, since this one will be gone(we hope since we ain't getting our refund either). LOL
