Cracked Stoop Steps
Due to the cold weather and/or rock salt on our stoop, several steps have begun to crack, though haven't yet broken apart. Does anyone have any advice on how to treat them? I would love to avoid a total resurfacing. Thanks.

The guy who redid our steps a few years ago came by and just filled a few cracks with some cement-y stuff, took 10 mins to open each crack a bit and stuff it (these were on wall, though)

In my case the bottom part of the stairs deteriorated and whole concrete pieces falling down. And I can see rusted though metal beams. Is there a way to fix it without demolishing the whole stairs?
