coop sales records
I'm interested in a recently-built coop. The building was completed in 2004. I can't find any apartment sales records however on the NYC dept. of Finance. Any idea why? I checked 2004-2007.

Maybe try property shark. It used to be the case that coop sales weren't recorded publicly. Maybe it's changed.
