Tankless Water heaters
Has anyone installed a tankless water heater in a brownstone? I have been reading about their efficiency but also their high cost. I'm most interested in any loss of pressure or maintenance issues such as scale buildup.

this has been discussed on at least 2 prior threads....type tankless into thhe brownstoner search bar and they should show up

you need one per floor so it gets expensive if you have 4 or 5 floors brownstone

Hey Brownie - I've got a tankless water heater in my basement and it supplies water three floors of my house. Not sure where you got your info.
