Price my office space!

I am considering renting out part of my Boerum Hill garden floor apartment as an office space. The apartment is currently being used as a storage space and would be accessed a couple times a week, but the office is private. It is the front-facing room and has natural light but shrubbery privacy. 200 sq ft. Utilities included. Maybe it will be furnished with a desk and shelving, too. Possible high-speed wireless Internet.

What sort of rent do you think such an office would get?

I should add that the office would NOT be suitable for receiving clients and will not be accessible on weekends. The hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F.

And it's 100 sq ft, not 200. I should have measured before I posted.

My goodness, who knew my post would be so hot? Anyway, to answer my own question, best as I can tell from Craig's List postings, $500 a month is a fair rent. I found a tenant for that price immediately.

Actually, if you found someone immediately, you might've priced a little low. There is a HUGE demand for small office space in downtown brooklyn.
