Painting/Lite Const. Needed
Hi -
We need some interior work done on our condo including
- some minor drywall repair
- painting
- installation of an automatic blind for a skylight
The minor complication is that interior scaffolding will need to be used in order to do some of the work, which I'm relying on the contractor to provide.
Insurance is an absolute must.
Any recommendations?

we use this company for handyman work. the owner was a maintenance mechanic in commercial real estate. he does a lot of stuff for us. the guy that works for him is great with plaster.
