Jumbo Mortgage Rates
Hey, anyone seeing good rates on jumbo mortgages? I'm looking at a 3 family...mortgage amt is over $1 mil.
Best I've seen is 6.1% fixed in this category. Any banks running deals?

Exact loan amount?
Credit Score?
Reserves?
Location?
Is it a purchase, cash out refinance or rate and term refinance?

In a word - no. I've had my broker looking for a loan to refinance my 6.25 jumbo for months - nothing. I also heard that many banks aren't even offering that product - 90% financing for a 3 family - anymore.

have you found anything yet? as wells fargo is rolling out a special super credit jumbo product which might be very attractive to you.
