credit and background check
does anyone have a good credit and background check company they can recommaned?
my old company the dude who ran it pass away. the new one i try didn't have raw data. they sanitize it for me. no credit score, no debt info, etc.. just pass and fail in categories.
thanks for any suggestions that would give me raw data.

I've been using this company for over ten years. They are fast accurate and reasonably priced. I usually let the applicants pay the cost of the report.

Oh, I just read the last part of your comment. You can get the "sanitized" data immediately. If you want to get the actual credit reports and other data, you have to pay a fee and wait a few days for an inspection of the property. They want to make sure you are actually a property owner before you get a hold of credit reports.

Your credit score is what shows up in your credit report. So it is necessary to review your reports from all three credit bureaus ( Experian , Trans Union and Equifax ) for accuracy once a year as well as several months before applying for a loan. Eqifax is best among them...
