crawl space insulation

I'm interested in insulating the crawl space below the roof in order to stop the top floor of my brownstone from being several degrees colder than the rest of the place. There are currently air conditioning ducts in this space so I'm not considering any kind of blown in insulation which I believe will block my access to the vents in case they need servicing. Does anyone know of a firm that can install rolls of insulation? I really don't want to do it myself.

Comments

Just fiberglass rolls? It seems like something any handyperson or day laborer can do.
