Contracter referral. Universal Crafts
Does anyone have opinions or thoughts on Universal Crafts? They are a General Contractor that I am researching for a gut renovation on my house.

carlo, never heard of them, but doesnt necessarily mean they are not good. if you are looking to meet a variety of contractors, feel free to give SD Construction (thats me) a call. we just finished a gut renovation in boerum hill. im guessing, but probably a bit more hands on than universal craft due to our smaller size. but obviously still licensed and insured. could send you photos if youd like. 917-495-7120 - shane

I am using Interior Alterations. I am in the midst of a year and a half renovation. I have done work with other contractors and have never seen a business run with the professionalism, transparency and skill that I have encountered with IAI. Even my construction loan inspector called me to say that, in twenty years, he has never seen a worksite as clean and organized. They do not make mistakes. Incredible. Everyone who works for and with them is topnotch.
