Condo Insurance
Can Anyone recommend a good agency for condo insurance? I think it is about time I get some. The builing is insured, but I need something for my contents, finishes, etc.
Also, if anyone can share what their rates are, that would also be appreciated. Looking for $150K Policy with a $1000 Deductible.
Thanks!

You need more than $150K. What if there was a fire and the entire unit had to be rebuilt? Plus everything you own in it? And you need liablity... All the standard borkers like State Farm, Hartford sell it. It is easier than coop (they understand it more).

Thanks BH - Building Policy covers everything except the interior fixtures, Furniture and Contents. My "Stuff" is not that much so all I am really insuring is my appliances, finishes, and personal property. I figure $100K would be the cost to gut renovate my unit and 50K to take care of all appliances and personal property in a worst case scenario.

try state farm. it is cond0 6 policy.
If you take a $1000. deductable your premiums are much less than if you took a $250. deductable.
