CERTIFIED MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Any recommendations on a certified management/maintenance company for a building containing 4 apartments? What is the going rate for minimal services such as garbage removal, snow removal and general maintenance work?

Not TKR, they are horrible and unresponsive.

Do not use andrews building corp. or john j grogan assoc.
They are both negligent.
