Roofer Needed
Does anyone know a good trust worthy roofer?
Last weekend we had water pouring down on us. As it turned out the guy that sprayed the roof few months ago has damaged the roof on purpose to later come back and collect additional money. At least this is how it looks to us since the last time we saw it it was in perfect condition.
I would appreciate if you can recommend an honest relatively inexpensive roofer.
Many thanks and Happy Holidays to all.

Reminds me of the flat tire I got when I parked in front of the "Flat Fix" place.

It looks like you can't trust no one

I just used Salvatore & Sons to replace a roof hatch and they did a great job (and the work is guaranteed - that's important to avoid the scam you are suspecting!).
Give them a ring: www.nyroofer.com

Nick at Leakmaster (the yellow ad on the main forum page) was great for us, very honest.

I second vanburenproud's posting. we used Nick last year and he was great, has given us some advice when we vented ourselves and were afraid to go through our lovely new roof for fear of voiding the warranty, and he reassured us that he would honor the warranty. he's great!

yes Nick was great. used Premier years ago, they did not seal my skylight properly and it leaked. did some other roof repairs and I needed to have them done over....by Nick.
