Refacing kitchen cabinet

Can anyone recommend either 1) someone who can reface kitchen cabinets who is good and not too expensive 2) classes to learn how to do this oneself. Thank you

It's really not such a terrible DIY job if you can spread out with a saw horse.

I did a couple of blog posts on the subject. I've since come to love oil based primer for items that see a lot of action (like kitchen cabinets). But do keep in mind that if you use oil based poly over a light color, it will yellow.

Probably a little old but you never know. I recently had my kitchen refaced. I used NYkitchenreface.com. I think the price was good for the service and real cherry wood doors. I couldn't be happier.
