Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker?

Try Palm. It's a very good medium body amber lager from Belgium.

I am fond of Elise Leve at Manhattan Mortgage, as I've posted here before. She's very fast, got me a good rate with reasonable closing fees for a coop in 2004.

Bruce Maasbach at Manhattan Mortgage was recommended to me by friends who purchased in the Slope. I spoke with him and was very impressed by his knowlege and candid advice.
