condo conversion butler pl.
Hi,
I saw a posting a while back with questions about the condo conversion at 14-20 Butler pl. Just wanted to put out a word to the wise from a current tenant. The piping in these buildings is 100 yrs old and needs replacing. The buildings haven't been very well maintained over the years; the roof will need work. There's no storage, laundry, common area, or roof deck. The units are way overpriced at the moment. I would hire your own engineer to inspect the unit and bldng. before you buy into these (or any property)Good luck on your aptmt. search--A current tenant.

Might explain why that condo banner has been up for well over a year. How big is your building. How many units are for sale?

also, electrical problems, and a thief in the managament company who steals people's security deposits if they leave early.
The location is great, and most of the occupants are nice. My friend used to live there.
Cutting corners is the name of the game in this complex. buyer beware
