I understand but did you read the whole thing?
It tells you to sent money first and wait for the key. I don't think, from expirience, that this is a good idea.

SCAMSTER ALERT!!! Hold your wallet tight and run!

This is definately a scam and extremely common on craigslist, ebay and of course the "Nigerian Prince" style spam mails that Snark refers to. It is called advance fee fraud and always involves you sending money for something before receiving the promised item.
If you are interested there is alot of fun to be had in baiting these guys along and wasting their time and causing them great embarrassment. It is a fun hobby i sometimes pursued in the past. There are great websites that deal with screwing with these scammers that offer great pointers and are absolutely hysterical.

Without a doubt a scam! Avoid at all costs

slick - I know, or hope, you are being ironic. But seriously, the people who fall for this stuff are typically the most vulnerable members of society - Elderly, immigrants, desperately poor, etc. The nigerians deserve to be tormented because of the misery they cause for people that are often the least able to afford to lose a penny.
