Insurance Against Falling Prices?
I read somewhere (it may have been on a post here) that some developers are offering "insurance" against falling prices by guaranteeing a refund should other units in their buildings be sold at significantly lower prices. Does this ring a bell to anyone? I wish I could find the post/article...

I'm pretty sure it was in the New York times real estate section of about a week ago. It was in an article on incentives for skittish buyers.
