Hi-
I was wondering if anybody could recommend someone local who could help me decorate a two bedroom coop in a brownstone. We have most of the chunky pieces already in and will be putting in a new kitchen shortly. I really need someone with a good eye to round the place out and give it some life and color (ie: artwork, curtains, walls, fixtures, etc.) THANKS!

Have I got the person for you! David Derbyshire, of David Derbyshire Interior Design. I've been working with David for the past year on a number of projects in our limestone. It's only because we are now nearing the wind up phase that I'm feeling it's ok to let others in one the best kept secret assets of the reno. I just wanted to add in that I would recommend Wil DuBose. I've seen some of his interior design in brownstones in Clinton Hill and BedStuy as well as model apartments in renovated buildings. We plan to use himl when we begin renovations of our brownstone (we bought earlier this year, so plan to begin work next year). Will's friendliness and personality makes him a pleasure to be around and easy to work with. Let me know if you want any more details and good luck!

What about Ondine Karady? She lives in Brooklyn and was just one of the 3 finalists on Bravo TV's top design show.
